Permitting Assistance

Permitting can be a tedious process, especially without the proper experience. The permitting process can be significantly shortened and much less painful when you have experts by your side that know what the building and planning departments need. With our experience not only in design but also in construction documentation, we make the permitting process much easier while working with the local building departments.

Owner's representative

As an owner's representative, we take pride in overseeing every aspect of the residential design process, from conception to completion. By providing a concierge level of service, we ensure that each client's unique vision is brought to life with the utmost attention to detail and quality. Although this is construction, and it's almost a guarantee that issues will arise, having an owner's representative by your side will mitigate most issues and bridge the common communication gap between the homeowner and the contractor, which is where most issues lay.
